Golum is a young man who is not yet married. He lives with his mum and two sisters. Golum is the bread winner for their home. He would also, one day, like to get married. He does not earn enough money because he pedals a rickshaw that belongs to someone else. Most of the money he earns goes to the owner of the rickshaw.

Golum would like an interest free loan of between £30 and £40 so he can purchase his own rickshaw and to be able to keep the money he earns to support his family.
