Year Two at Spilsby Bake Cakes: July 2008
The Year Two children at Spilsby Primary School, supported by their teacher Miss Willoughby and other adults made cakes to sell to other pupils and parents. After a busy morning mixing and baking they spent the afternoon selling their produce. Whilst the other pupils and parents consumed their refreshments they provided the entertainment by singing a great variety of songs. The next day they hoped to work out how much money they raised. This would be followed by
the class being divided into groups. Each group would pick a Mini-Enterprise they would like to support and then be prepared to convince the rest of the class that their choice is the most deserving. Finally they would have to go on the website

and pledge their hard earned money.
